Holly Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in 1989.  In 1992, she received her juris doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar that same year.  Holly was admitted to the Oregon Bar in 1993, and retains an active status in California and an inactive status In Oregon.  Holly is also admitted to practice

in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California.  Holly has been representing health care providers in licensing, certification, regulatory and business matters since 1994 and has been practicing law since 1992.  Professional affiliations include the California Association of Health Facilities, Leading Age of California and Developmental Services Network.
